Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product photos and read the full description before placing your order.

Shipping & Oversized Packages

Some items may require additional shipping fees due to oversized or irregular packaging. If this applies, we will contact you before shipment.

Signature Required (Effective 12/1/25)

Starting December 1, 2025, most deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.

Insurance & Carrier Responsibility

All orders are shipped fully insured. If an item becomes lost or damaged in transit, the buyer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier, as they are responsible once the package is in their possession.

Packaging Verification

For accuracy and protection, we record all orders being packaged and shipped.
